For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To manage relations with our employees, our customers and suppliers, to carry out the provision of contracted services, as well as to maintain our commercial relations and customer loyalty.
In order to receive commercial information from our company, you will have had to give your express consent and we will do so by the means you have provided.
With respect to the data maintained for commercial communications will be maintained until the person concerned exercises his right to the deletion of data.

What is the Legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The relations we have with our employees are legitimised by an employment contract. FELPUDORENT S.L. is the data controller.
The relations we maintain with our clients and suppliers as an External Prevention Service are legitimised by the fulfilment of a legal obligation on the part of the Data Processing Manager, specifically Law 31/1995, of 8 November, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks. In this case, FELPUDORENT S.L. works as the Person Responsible for the Treatment, after a contract with the Customer.
The relationships in commercial communications or in the selection processes that we have open, is because the interested parties have provided us with their consent.
To which recipients are your data communicated?
In the case of employees of client companies, contact details may be passed on to Prevention Services collaborating with FELPUDORENT S.L., for the purpose of carrying out health surveillance.
Furthermore, we do not intend to communicate your data to third parties outside of the legal obligations or those necessary to be able to invoice the service.
We inform you that we collaborate with other companies to provide our services, in which case we will provide the necessary data only for the purpose of being able to provide the subcontracted services (processing managers).
