Although it is true that hotel companies in Spain have grown exponentially, the product offered and the quality perceived by clients, on many occasions, does not refer to the positive results highlighted in the reports. We never think about how many people come in and out of a hotel. The entry and exit traffic of a hotel establishment directly affects the state of the establishment. To maintain cleanliness you need a maintenance department that efficiently uses the resources it has at its disposal.
Cleanliness in a hotel is not a secondary aspect. Rather, it represents a determining factor in the experience provided to the tourist. It is the first impression that a guest gets. It is said that “a picture is worth a thousand words”. The conditions of a hotel are a fundamental part of the attention the guest receives.
